Santoprene TPV integrated system solutions for static, semi-dynamic and dynamic weatherseals are specifically designed to replace traditional EPDM rubber alternatives, which are heavier and can be difficult to recycle.
The new integrated system solutions combine the high resilience (HR) performance of Santoprene TPV 121-60E400 and Santoprene TPV ECO-R, which contains a minimum of 15% or 25% post-consumer recyclate (PCR). Together, they enable the production of high-performance semi-dynamic and dynamic weatherseals, while lowering total system costs and weight, and helping the value chain develop circular economy solutions.
