Its latest polymer development, NEOLAST elastoester polymers, is a thermoplastic polymer that is being used to produce solvent-free melt-extrusion spun NEOLAST elite performance stretch fibers.

Pioneering NEOLAST Fibers Solution for Sports and Leisure Wear: Our latest development, NEOLAST elastoester polymers, is used to produce NEOLAST fibers that enable the creation of more sustainable power stretch fabrics used in sports and leisure wear. Used as an alternative to elastane, commonly referred to as spandex, in elite performance stretch fabrics, fiber is spun using a solvent-free proprietary melt-extrusion process. And because NEOLAST fiber is made from thermoplastic elastoester polymers, it can help to address the challenge of recycling blended fabrics.

Can help unlock the potential for end-users to recycle apparel . Reusable, more durable, longer-lasting garments create opportunities for reuse in countries where re-wearable clothes programs are in place. Stretch, moisture management and comfort Enhances stretch power that supports durability, opacity, fit and comfort. Increases production precision by allowing spinners to dial power-stretch levels up or down to engineer fibers to meet fabric specifications. Improves moisture management , resulting in dry times up to three times faster than similar fibers. Improves product integrity , as the fibers are less likely to unravel, pill, degrade or yellow over time. Full-color spectrum fibers as they can be dyed in all shades.
