이 재료는 온도 관리를 필요로 하는 제품에 필요합니다.

소재의 Base로는 기존 엔지니어링 플라스틱(PC,PA6,PPS,LCP외 다수)등 다양한 Line Up이 준비되어 있으며

일반적으로 LED조명 분야의 Heat Sink 및 열전도가 필요한 분야에 적용 및 양산되고 있습니다.

E-Series (Carbon Base) : Thermally Conductive, Electrically Conductive

Thermal Conductivity of 1 to 40 W/m·K

(5 to 200 times that of conventional plastics)
Electrical Resistivity of 10-1 to 1010 ohm-cm
(106 to 1010 ohm-cm for ESD grades)

D-Seried(Ceramic Base) : Thermally Conductive, Electrically Insulative

Thermal Conductivity of 1 to 10 W/m·K
(5 to 100 times that of conventional plastics)
Electrical Resistivity of 10-1 to 1010 ohm-cm
(same for conventional plastics)
